These terms are an agreement between you and ElevAite ("we", "us") for the use of Nutri Sync Ai. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them.
Nutri Sync Ai is not medical advice and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nutrition values, carbohydrate estimates, calorie targets, blood sugar summaries and insulin dose calculations are estimates produced from the information you enter. Consult your doctor or diabetes care team. Do not change insulin doses based on this app alone. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the app only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You keep ownership of the meals, photos, readings, notes and plans you add. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content so the app can work for you, including sending meal photos to a third-party AI service to estimate nutrition. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or bypass security controls, interfere with the service, scrape it, resell it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Do not use the app to provide medical care to others.
Food recognition, portion sizing, nutrition values, calorie targets and insulin calculations are approximate and depend on the accuracy of what you enter. Always verify with your own measurements, labels and care team.
The app relies on third-party sign-in providers, hosting, storage and AI services. Their availability and their own terms and privacy policies apply to their parts of the service.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features of the app. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and nothing in the app is a substitute for keeping your own medical records.
To the extent permitted by law, ElevAite is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make about your health, medication or diet based on app output. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account and data in Settings, or by emailing us. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if the service must be protected.
