Nutri Sync Ai is a nutrition and diabetes self-tracking app. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it.

Account information: your email address, your name if you provide it, and the identifier of the sign-in provider you use.
Health and profile data you enter: birth date and age, gender, weight and starting weight, height, diabetes type, insulin type and brands, insulin-to-carb ratio, correction factor, target blood sugar, blood sugar unit, daily calorie goal and timezone.
Tracking data you create: meals and their nutrition values, blood sugar readings, insulin doses (calculated and taken), meal plans, notes, and the meal photos you choose to scan or upload.
Support data: the content of any issue report or email you send us, and your email address so we can reply.
When you scan a meal photo, nutrition-label photo or barcode, the image or text you submit is sent to a third-party AI service to estimate foods, portions and nutrition values. Those providers process the request on our behalf and return the estimate to the app. We do not sell your data, we do not use your health data or photos for advertising, and we do not use them to train third-party models.
Meal photos are stored with your meal history and are only visible to you and to app administrators who operate the service.
If you sign in with Google, Microsoft, Facebook or Apple, that provider authenticates you and shares basic account details (such as your email address and name) with us. Their own privacy policies govern their part of the process. You can also sign up with an email address and password.
To run the app: showing your history, analytics, meal plans and estimates; calculating suggested insulin doses from the ratios you entered; generating AI meal analyses and meal plans; and providing support when you contact us. We do not use your health data for marketing.
Your data is stored in our hosted database and file storage for as long as your account exists. Records are restricted to their owner, with administrative access limited to the operator for support and maintenance. Access to the app is protected by your sign-in credentials; keep them private.
When you delete your account, your meals, blood sugar readings, meal plans, profile settings and issue reports are deleted, followed by your account record. Data may remain in encrypted backups for a short period before those backups are rotated, and we may retain minimal records where the law requires it.
You can delete your account and all of your data inside the app: open Settings and use Delete Account, then confirm. This removes your records and your account immediately. If you cannot access the app, email a320200captain@gmail.com from your registered address and we will delete the account for you.
Nutri Sync Ai is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Users between 13 and 17 should use the app only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided data, we will delete it.
You can edit or remove profile and health values in Settings at any time, and delete your account and data as described above. You may also email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
We may update this policy as the app changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app.
